Michael is the author of 20 books, a Contributing Columnist for the Toronto Star, and appears regularly in the Globe and Mail, The Walrus, and TVOntario in Canada, and inews, Premier Christianity, The Times, The New Statesman, Daily Telegraph, The Oldie, and the Church Times in Britain. He is ordained in the Anglican Church of Canada.
